trees in snow

Snow on my birthday doesn't happen often...took this quick shot just after leaving the office (1/100s at f/9.0)

Bold composition with clear vanishing point effect.
More brightness and it's a great keeper.

I gave the picture more brightness, but it seems the picture is still darker here then in Lightroom! Don't know why...perhaps I will give it a new try tomorrow!

Very nice! I know what you mean about the brightness, I lightened winter scenes in photoshop and when I posted them found them much darker than I expected.

Thanks! Took some time to overcome some saving trouble, but know I hope the brigther version is here!

wonderful perspective... has that quality which makes the eye scan the entire frame... a 3d effect
