Abstract Sky High

As I was getting into my car awhile back, I happened to look up, and this scene in the sky caught my eye. I snagged the K-x from the passenger seat, and snapped off this one shot. While I may be the only one (and I'm OK with that

), there's something about the image I find appealing and I wanted to share. Thanks for looking, whether it's your cup of tea or not.

Great snapshot! Very unique indeed, it looks like a bow shooting an arrow, at the same time the moon gives it a very distinct feel to it, like it's a head or an eye. Where are those trails from by the way?

Thanks for the reply and comments, LeDave. I can't believe I didn't see the "bow and arrow," myself - so clear now that you've pointed it out. The trails in the photo are from two jets arcing across the sky. Their movement was what caught my eye, initially. I grabbed the K-x, went to full zoom with the kit lens, and did my best to compose a hasty snapshot before they were out of frame. Certainly nothing special, but I'm glad to see someone else finds it interesting.
