Black & White Crackled B&W

Another Black & White from one of my trips to the James River Basin Warehouse area of lynchburg. I loved the cracking paint on the door as well as the rusted sign. Converted to black & white with Silver Efex Pro.

I really like that! Nice detail and it's the oddest thing but the longer I stare at it, the more the bricks begin to take on a ghostly brick color. How odd and interesting.

My only nitpick is that, to me, it seems to be cropped too closely on the right side.

Great shot and it makes me hungry to use my brand new Pentak 50/1.4.

As a BW, the tones are beautifully rendered and this really accentuates and brings out the rustic qualities of the subject.
