Long time ago since my last photo post. Here are few photos of flowers taken yesterday on the german island of Mainau.

Beautiful colors and flowers. There are some exotic species there. I love the purple ones, although your first one is great as well - actually for my perspective they are all sharp and detailed - a wonderful set.

Very nice indeed. I like the drops of water, they really enhance the photos.

Truly beautiful photographs, well done, and yes I love the drops of water as well.
Goes to show the quality of the Sigma 17-70 on the k10d. I have that combination as well and swear by it for macro photography at a price a little easier on the bank account.

I was lucky to be early enough on the Island on Saturday, not only because it was not crowded, but I could take advantage of the water drops.
