Cool series Norbert.
#2 is a fine night exposure.
#3 is a little too blue, but a fine high-in-the-sky cloud shot.

Nice

The second photo is the best, but I actually find the third shot intriguing. Using a CP?

Cheers,

Andrew

Thanks you for your comments. Regarding no. 3: the clouds were looking unreal when I took that foto - a little later when we were descending into Austin through this developing thunderstorm it also felt a bit "unreal"

Thanks Heinrich! No. 2 was taken during an evening walk through Tokyo.

Guess so. Hadn't noticed its origins. Glad that it was since I wasn't a PF member at the time these were posted.

Cool to see my old post showing up again!! I guess what they say is true: the internet does not forget

Anybody still remembers the time when a 6 MP sensor was all we needed to be satisfied? The shots were taken with a Pentax *ist DL2 - my first DSLR.

I missed these the first time around, so I'm glad to see them now. I dig the blue theme, and the second shot is super cool to my old eyes.

Perhaps you should take a listen to Miles Davis' classic jazz album: "Kind of Blue".
