I am working on my B&W conversion this year. Of course my kids are frequent subjects. Any critiques of the look (lighting, composition, conversion, etc) would be appreciated.

A good one.
Focus - check.
Lighting - check.
Well contrasting but not distracting background - check.
Good expression and pose - check.
Well exposed and PP'd - check.
Ticks all the boxes.
Well done.
