Honestly, does anybody feel the PP is too much? I like it, but it looks a little too "fake" to me.

Nope, the PP is bold and suitable to bring out the interesting elements and textures of these images.
#1 is excellent - beautifully composed and created.
#2 is slightly off - mainly because the green leaf isn't sharp - needed stopping down a couple of stops more.
But brilliant work Adam.
