Christmas Tree
Lens: 40mm Camera: K200D Photo Location: Massachusetts ISO: 200 Shutter Speed: >6s Aperture: F8

Took this in the backyard the other night, a little reward after shoveling for a few hours.

A little PP done, on the background and on the tree itself. Neighbor's house behind isn't so pretty, so I had to give it a little extra blur so it wouldn't be so visible.

Been a while since we've heard from you Dan, but this dreamy image is just spectacular.
Brilliant PP work bringing out the colours and luminance.
Lovely textures in the capture too.
Well done.

Yes I know I've been out of the loop for a while - my day job gets real busy before Christmas, and I've been working 50-60 hours since October... I'll be back around a lot more now that I have some free time!

This is beautiful!

Makes me wish I had had room for a tree in my apartment this year.

thanks everyone for the comments... now to just keep myself motivated and shooting through the rest of winter...

@ graphicgr8s: you know I was thinking about that after I posted this last night. I might have to submit this to a few places.
