Extreme macro closeup

Seriously colourful bug! The contrast with the background makes the first shot literally a standout.

Nice macros yeatzee. Could be a leaf hopper, but it looks like a small Cicada. Nice find though.

It'll be the limit of conventional macro photography, and has come out brilliantly here.
Well done mate. Impressive results with striking colour, sharpness and contrast.

Great shots - shows what a good eye, tubes and a decent lens can achieve!

Stunning colour and composition in the first image too!

This was my first attempt at shooting macro with an off-camera flash, so im glad you guys like it
