I finally took a chance and submitted 2 photos to the PPG. Both of them by luck were accepted. I might get brave enough to enter more pictures now. Thanks for all who voted and thanks for looking.

An old Homestead in the Bear Lake Valley of Idaho

An Aspen Grove. If you stare long enough at it, you can see an outline of an animal that the branches made (at least my mom thinks so..haha)

And don't be fearful of posting photos here. Feedback will help you get better, and confirm what you're doing right just as much as it sometimes stings.

Forest photo especially. subtle colours work really well in this one, usually autumn photos are bright, screaming with colour (and I like those kind too) but this subtleness is calming.

Thanks! That is vignetting in the second image. I did all of the PP in Lightroom.
