Yes, this is in Florida in my backyard.
Tom and Lowell, I think it's the adult male yellow rumped Warbler. The immature male is more grayish and squater than the adult male. The only photo Cornell shows. is the male in flight so it's hard to tell what type of body he has, though he looks leaner.

Jer thanks for the comments and compliment on the shot. He was hard to see but I knew he was there because I saw something flitting about on top of our Persimmon tree. I just picked up my camera and aimed it at this thing and there he was. I took several shots but this is the best of the bunch.
