I like this moody shot with its almost perfect symmetry. Very nice.

It's fine - you've composed it well and incorporated form as well as symmetry in the image.
What it suffers from is that harsh burnt out highlight in the sky where the sun is bursting through the clouds. This is a little distracting but as I appreciate hard to control - this is where post-processing work comes in, and the sky can be selectively manipulated to create a more dramatic effect without the strong overexposed areas to get in the way.
