Very cool... it looks like an amazingly clear satellite photo or something from a high altitude spy plane. thanks for sharing!

The good old Salton Sea where the salt is 44 ppb compared to 32 ppb for the Pacific Ocean.

This image does it justice.

Edit: The image has almost a reverse Peng thing going.

I think is one of the better uses of the fish eye I have seen. Great shot.

There was an awesome documentary made about the Salton Sea. The place use to be a boating and recreation paradise! Plagues & Pleasures on the Salton Sea
