Shot using the kit 18-55 lens that came with my K20D. Natural light coming from a window to the left. Fairly high ISO and post processed.

#2 isnt a bad capture at all.
#1 is terrible light and angle for the girl on the left of pic.

Nice.

Dark people IS hard to shot, if not in a controlled enviroment like a studio or something.

I'd have to agree nice shots but #2 is better.
