Just playing with CS3 to try and get the most out of an already awesome sky thought I'd share the results

This is straight out of the camera for comparison

I'd like some tips on trying to get the greenish hue out of the sky, I tried several hue saturation layers, and tried to pick up the blues/green/red/yellow areas, but the eyedropper only detected yellow or red... I'm using CS3.

Grant,

Spectacular sky... I don't find the little bit of greenish tints objectionable myself but since it bothers you, try the Hue & Saturation adjustment tool. Select the green or maybe the yellow channel and play with the saturation. I havn't tried it with your image but it may knock it out a bit.

Mike

p.s. I like the bird.. you should leave him in.

Terrific image - the PP looks great, but the original certainly is outstanding as well.

Great capture.

Well, I didn't clone the bird out, so I guess I am showing two completely different frames!! oops!

I think I took the non bird one as a back up incase the bird came out fuzzy!

Sailor, I'd say Mother Nature did the bulk of the heavy lifting in these photos!
