Looks like you got lucky getting outta there alive ... That tentacled beast in the first two shots looks wild. I like #2 best of the series. I like the detail in #1 but it feels cramped. Wild place there!

Jim that is magnificent looking stuff. Please don't tell me its in your backyard along with the mountains and lakes you have me accustomed to seeing.

Uh...green moss on old branches or really the aliens that Sigourney Weaver already killed off.

These shots are unusual and stunning. The first one almost feels creepy. Great job as always from "The Master".

Looks to me like a great place to get lost. Great shots, would probably be a great scenery for slightly spooky dusk / dawn shots.

I agree. There is about a 10 mile trail I want to take through this forest. I am sure there are better locations. Stay tuned. JIM

It is beautiful to look at and walk around. There are 100's of trails in the area. JIM

No wind this day. If it was windy the trees would be a blur. It was dark and I have a filter on to pull some color out. JIM
