subtle beauties of the desert

Thought I'd share some pictures I popped while visiting my dad down in Tucson.

The first is of a saguaro cactus in its final days...only contrasted w/ a little saturation. Taken with a takumar 50mm 1.4:



The San Xavier mission south of Tucson...one exposure taken with the DA 10-17mm fisheye:


Although not entirelty fitting of the theme, I thought I'd share this anyway! Taken with the 10-17mm at f9 w/ two flashes fired on the car camera right:
