Yeah, I know you folks in Canada, Sweden or even upstate New York probably think we're really silly but heck we just don't get snow of this magnitude (30+") very often so it's a big deal and a novel photographic opportunity for us.

Here are mine--taken Saturday Sunday and today:

Hawk in the Storm

Catching Flakes

Settled in on the Patio

Snow Bum

Subaru Forester

As yet unplowed (Noon on Monday) Did I mention that this is a public bus route?

DANG!!!! Your snow makes ours look like a dusting and we still got close to a couple feet. I'm kinda jealous by the way. Which is probably kinda sick and warped. Nice shots. And yeah the electrical guys were my heroes too.

Nice series Dave. You caught the essence of the Snowmaggedon very nicely.

Thanks, folks! I have to admit was pretty pleased with the patio shot myself and "Snow Bum" is really unfair--that girl did a heap of shoveling (and she's still going.)

Wow - great shots, particularly the kids playing!

It's even been cold (by our standards) here in Texas, but yesterday we topped off at 70F and my wife and I took the convertable for a cruise. Today, we won't see 50.
