My first SLR shots.. w/ K-x, DA-L 18-55mm · 07:49 AM

My first SLR.. Pics are using 18-55 kit lens.

Disclaimer....... Most of these are almost certainly technically abysmal. If you've got a helpful pointer, please share..

EXIF will reveal high ISO on the illumated glass shots, .. that was my error, I hadn't adjusted the camera properly.

welcome aboard cybe !! glad you jumped right in... the water is fine here in the forum..
what you have is an excellent entry point set up, and better than that, you have a great eye for composition.... the tweaks (settings) will come with trial and error experiences.... thanks for sharing your pics with us..... looking forward to more... dave m
