The images of the eagles were taken with a K200D, DA 300mm, Tamron 1.4TC and tripod. The hawk images were taken with the same rig minus the Tamron TC. A neat trick I recently learned was to attach my camera backpack to the center pole of the tripod to add extra weight and stability.....

The hawk shots were taken at Jamestown, VA. I love how the hawk was in position to share the frame with the Union Jack flying over the restored Fort.
