PPG Problem
Posted By: Mike.P®, 02-20-2010, 01:15 AM

Ok, just got my 50th acceptance in the PPG but not quite sure what to do. I submitted 2 versions of the same picture, one HDR and the other normal processing and they both got accepted. I want to delete one of them but not sure which so I would be grateful if you would let me know which you think should stay

Picture 1

Picture 2

Thanks.

The more the marrier I'd say. I'd be proud to have both on the PPG. But. if you are really wanting to get rid of one, I would personally get rid of the non-HDR one, as the image just looks less sharp to my eyes, maybe as it is a crop. Both great images, though.

Mike I agree with Black Magic, both are great images.
I prefer the non HDR version, because the image looks more realistic.

Why not keep them both? You obviously have a hard time deciding!

Personally I don't think there is anything wrong with having both but does your gut say Mike? Go with your gut and your instinct and trust your decision as an artist....I mean this in the complete spirit of helpful intent. Best of luck with what you decide!

There's no accounting for taste

Thanks for the opinions so far though .. leaning towards dumping the crop.
