A few Aphids

Taken this afternoon, This morning I was on my way to work and noticed these little yellow things on a vine. So this afternoon I took out my camera and shot these.

K10D + Vivatar 2x Macro focusing tele + SMC M 50mm 1.4
f8 1/180th iso 100 + internal flash converted with SilkyPix

100% crop

Thanks for the detailed Macro shots ... first time I have seen an Aphid that close.

especially the last (100% crop I guess) is incredible

wonderful macros here and they show a strange process of the bug life. Gotta love those 2X macro tele's!

Yeah, it is sort of creepy, isn't it. But it does look cool too.

I like it, especially with the M50mm 1.4. I would like a fast Macro lens though, like the 100mm 2.8 Macro
