Night Moon with Sigma 150-500mm

Took these in my back yard with the Sigma 150-500mm

All are hand held, looking almost straight up. I cropped them a bit.

#1: 1/250s, F9, ISO 400, 500mm

#2: 1/500s, F8, ISO 400, 500mm

#3: 1/500s, F8, ISO 400, 500mm

Still amazed with this lens. Thanks for looking!

We had clear skies (well, for long enough anyway) so I could chase the moon as well.
Those are pretty good for handheld and I wonder what makes the second image so jagged?
