They are all great. The only thing that strikes me is with the last one, the 'flash look' is a little strong, and you could have photoshopped the red-eye pretty quickly. I like the second one best.

Thanks a lot for comments. I agree about strong flash in last picture (but he is cute ), may be I should have done a bit of PP.

I rarely use the onboard flash, but when I do I generally use negative flash exposure compensation and use the flash only for fill. If you want to get into using flash, I'd recommend getting a hotshoe flash that can rotate and bouncing the flash off the ceiling and walls or using a flash diffuser.

Thanks for the suggestions str8talk83. Will certainly try -ve compensation. Hopefully I will receive my 360FGZ very soon - purchased from another member here.
