Was just wishing for a bigger view when I saw Nitrok's comment and I too went to Flickr. That is a very unique shot. I have never one like that with the shadow of her/his neck so perfectly laid across the wing.

I have to say I'm not a bird photographer at all although I spend hours around the lake to shoot boats. On this occasion I had two cameras around my neck k200 with the 16-45-the K-x with the 50-200 on it. So when I caught sight of him just grabbed the K-x-fortunately it was set to iso 400 and as I always use AV just changed the aperture to the fastest then I started to take the pictures-this one turned out to be the best-of course I had to crop it as well.
