I was going through some old pics and came across this one which was taken with my very first digital camera "ist-ds". Next time that it rains and i get ambitious i'll try similiar ones with the k20d.Cleaning the window first with GLASS WAX helps the water to bead.

The picture by the way was taken outside of a DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS--- as if you couldn't tell

The colours are brilliant in this image. We can get some quite interesting images when it rains.

Great image - good colour and texture.

Interestingly, I was reading the current Australian Photography which had an image of an autumn scene that initially looked very heavily photoshopped. But the author said it was actually taken through his car window in a rainstorm on film. No manipulation at all.

Food for thought with both your image and the one in the magazine......

The shot was made in my early digital days before i had any photoshop program. U.S Rte 1 with a ton of neon is practically in my back yard.I'll see what the k20d can do with this type of picture next time---charliezap
