As always Eric, composition and technic is flawless but I just don't like the content. To answer your question, I like second one better.

#2 seems to be WB'd a bit more natural.

Well i prefer the first one, if you want to show that the model is wounded then she must look pale.

Both are absolutely stunning, and I kinda prefer the second one for its more natural skin colors, but as soon as I give myself this justification I think that's exactly the strength of #1: the unnatural skin tones. (Still, I think I like #2 just a bit more.)
