Water Droplets
Lens: 100mm Camera: Pentax K2000

I wanted to see what you all thought of this set of photos. I used water droplets and some oil on the back of DVDs and then shined different lights on them. I got the idea from some other users on Flikr. I did some focused and some more abstract. Hope you all find them interesting. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or comments.

here is a link to the set if you want to see any more of them

Water Droplets on DVD - a set on Flickr

Please pardon the dust in some of the shots. I haven't had a chance to do any post processing in Photoshop yet.

thanks and I hope I am doing this right.

thanks

yeah, that is actually the bokeh from the lights that were reflecting off the bubble. It is definitely one of my favorites.

thanks for looking.

Those are fine looking shots.

I'm going to move it to Post Your Photos because I don't think there is anything to critique.

These pics are fascinating - I especially dig the third one, for reasons I can't explain. They're all cool, though.

The first one, the bubble looks solid with that detail on top.
