A fog Shot

The day started out kind of the way I woke up very foggy ( must have been the holidays ) I thought you might like to see and get your thoughts.



Camera: istDL
Lens: DA 50-200mm at 50mm
ISO: 800 speed 1/500 sec
center weighted
pp in Picasa and taken into Neat Image and noise reduced

Good Shooting.

i like it. your fog was a bit denser than mine.

I love autumn. We had the same fog, although I didn't venture far enough from the coffee maker to take any shots of it. I just enjoyed it out the back window and through your shot.

Nice fog shots. I really like the high contrast warm almost posterized look of the first picture in your second set.

Nop no smog here too far away from the city. The river creates some very good photo opps. Thanks for looking.

Thanks Clarence, At first I didn't like it but after looking at it it does have a quality to it that I got use to.

Hi David!

This one at first looked like the edge of a road with snow pushed to the side. It made me feel like I was looking over into the abyss filled with fog. Then I looked closer and it is a small waterfall. It is a VERY interesting photo! Very nicely done.

The others are still loading...

Hey Photo Tramp..

The more I look at that first shot the more I like it...

The silhouettes (sp?) on the left make the photo very special, as the add a second level you don't see on the first glance..

Hi David,

This is a really, really nice photo. Lots of mood and atmosphere. The only thing I would do is clone out the branch in the lower right corner. Just my opinion as it a really nice photo and I think that it just detracts a little from it.
