First pregnancy shoot
Lens: various Camera: K1D
Posted By: axl, 03-19-2010, 01:14 AM

Here are some results from my first pregnancy shoot.
This happy couple are our friends so I offered myself to get some nice shots for them.
Since it was my first "project" of this kind I'm quite pleased with the results.
What do you think?

Intimate series Peter.
Posing is good - lighting is excellent.
He's obviously a lot taller than she is so he appears almost to be falling over getting his head to her head level.
I'm sure they'll be pleased.

Great idea with the over lay of the hands (making a heart).

Good images Axl!

My only suggestion (should you shoot pregnancy again) would be to have the people looking at mom's belly rather than into the camera. Even shots of just mom - shoot her holding and looking at her tummy. This will make the images feel far less whimsical and uch more intimate.

Excellent start!

#4 Is absolutly brilliant. The concept, the composition, the B&W choice. Perfect for a magazine.. And cons for the baby, of course.
