No 3 is a beautiful composition. But the noise/grain was very evident. I've just started playing with noise reduction software for some of my own images, so thought I'd show what free NR software (Neat Image non commercial demo) did with this.
Thanks Kevin it was a dark dreary evening so their was lots of noise That is exactly what I need...FREE NR

Nice and silky result. Hope you don't object to the tampering.....but I was always disappointed with high ISO results (>400 on K200D) till started playing with this software.
I don't mind at all...love the help

Just adorable. It's funny how she has those long, disproportional legs, kind of like a puppy...
Thanks...and she did start following me around like a puppy

You've taken some beautiful moments here Jan.But I must say,the software that KevinR used to help with the noise does make a difference to enhance your beautiful image into something even more special!!

I'm going against the grain and say #7 is my favorite. Mom looks like she's whispering advice into the young one's ear.

I suppose my tastes aren't sufficiently refined or educated but while the noise in shot #3 is a bit distracting, I don't care for the noise reduction treatment as posted. Looks a bit artificial in a scene whose viseral appeal lies in the natural quality of the subject

Nice photos. A slight vignette and a boost to the exposure and it's golden! Very nice photos.
