Trying to get back into shape so got on the bike yesterday with the camera...came across this family of Great horned owlets and owls:



Right before he went to sleep he let out a helluva yawn!



Now meet the parents in the next tree over:

And the other (the male I believe) was higher up and more hidden.



They were so cute! I will go back and document them growing.

Thanks...this morning on my way to school one of the owlets was out of its den and sitting on a branch staring at me. No camera unfortunately and still dark out.
They are so darn cute.
