People Weight lifter spotting self with the help of slow shutter speed

Still experimenting with longer shutter speeds. Here's one of my football players spotting himself on the bench press.

Neat concept. If you hit just the subject's upper body with a low power burst of flash in each position it might make him stand out a bit more, though it may also create other problems.

Thanks for the suggestion Steinback! Currently the only flash I have is the one attached to the camera. When I get an external flash, I'll give that a try.

i'm not too particularly fond of this method of 'cloning' people.. but that's just me. the image is a bit flat and noisy due to the long exposure.
