Quote: Jim, in my opinion the color shot is the best as the rising sun make the mood of the shot.

Quote: Color, most definitely. If I look at the B&W one by itself, it's stunning, absolutely nothing wrong with it. But then I scroll back up to the color one and think - wow. Very well executed.
Appreciate your kind words. I don't think I will tell my daughter though!!! JIM
Quote: There is something primeval in the colors of the beginning and end of the day. The mind latches onto those colors and feels the moment. At least for me.
The color does it for me. The B&W is more classical, but the color, those shades of pastel, the intensity of the sun. Just has more "tug" than the B&W.
Great shots, either way!
Thank you for lookng and commenting. Looks like the color is the clear winner. JIM
Quote: The color version definitely.
Great shot again from this location Jim!
Thanks Joni. I have shot here a few times. Heading to the Rockies [Jasper, Banff, Lake Louise] in three weeks to shoot. Should be fun. JIM
Quote: Love both versions !!
They are both on the money

Thank you for your kind word. JIM
Quote: The colors are just so stunning so.....color for me!
Wow, not one B&W... no wonder I need more work at this!! Cheers JIM
Quote: I like the color version the best
