Sinan,
A nice variety of shots each well composed. I think my favorites are the second and last. Although the 3rd and 4th appeal as well. In my opinion the last one would have been perfect if all the flowers/plants had been in focus in the foreground. Really great work. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for commenting Guys. Erl - my favorite is also the second shot and then maybe the first or the last. I was at f/22 as I was indeed for getting as much DOF as possible but it still wasn't enough!

Tim - glad you like them and thanks for looking - I will post a whole bunch of images either Late August or Early September from a trip through the southern Mediterranean part of Turkey. I'll look out for pics from you too.

Cheers.

Nice captures Sinan. I particularly like the second and last, but the first also. It has a special quality to it; can't quite put my finger on it. I think it is a sense of the house being in a tranquil "oasis" in the middle of trees, and perhaps the contrasting colours of the clear terraced land with the colours of the trees.

No 4 is my favorite. Love that DOF.

f5.6 seems to be the sweet spot for most of the macro shots coming out of DFA 100mm macro.

I tend to use f4.5 to 5.6 with that lens as well.

Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the comments Paul & James. The light just worked in the first shot I think!

As for the DFA100 - its one of my favorite lenses as far as rendering go (probably head to head with my FA50). That is of course until my FA31 arrives in about a month which I am sure to fall in love with. My most fun lens that I always enjoy using (and use a lot actually) though is the DA10-17 fisheye! Love that thing - the DA50-200 gets good use too but I'm not too thrilled with its performance - its satisfactory but would be nicer if it was a little sharper at larger apertures (stopped down its fine but still not stellar - my 18-55 kit lens is a better lens as far as IQ it seems). I'm looking forward to the DA*60-250
