Macro Bug with weird tail

Here's a bug with 3 projections coming from tail...reminds me of avatar. Taken with Pentax m 100mm f4 macro with 50mm worth of extension tubes flash was necessary.

Ah Angelo9978, you've got yourself a mayfly, much loved food of trout, both in their adult state (the shot you have) and as nymphs living under the water. Nice closeups!
