It's awesome that you were able to get a photo of them though, although they're generally concurrent with bad weather, they don't cause it. Just the way the air travels though them.
That's a great photo... jct101, those clouds might be rare to see in 'Frisco, but we see them pretty regularly here in the Midwest
Just regular spring/summer/fall weather around these parts!
