I have something new to photograph that doesn't complain (much), now i need to get her to sit still long enough.
Used onboard flash as not enough light inside to capture her otherwise, quite a learning curve trying to get a decent photo of her indoors. Using the DA35 Ltd, hopefully my M50 1.7 rocks up soon maybe the extra stops there will help.

The flash unfortunately resulted in harsh lighting. As far as composition goes, eye level shots work better for pets.

Cheers.

I have tried to get some like that, but when i get on the ground to try get a shot she comes at the camera and tries to chew the lens :S
A proper flash would help a lot, i'll get one one day.

Is she a border collie? Very cute anyway! I also recommend trying to get an eye level shot, I guess you will need to be quick though. I got some OK results with eye-level perspective once - perhaps try when she is on the ground not moving or sleepy.

cheers,
