The morning was rainy and windy...but the warm coffee and a brioche made it more bearable.

Hanging out in Piazza della Signoria...staring at the fountain of Neptune in the square.



Looking to my right, I noticed the lions that greet you at the steps of the Loggia dei Lanzi. David's head in the background was an unintentional inclusion.



As the sun broke through the clouds, I was wandering through the courtyard of the Uffizi Gallery, looking toward the Arno and the southern bank of the city...



Walking along the Arno, what would be another visit to Florence without the obligatory shot of the Ponte Vecchio?
