Took a picture of a local bar near the house. 3 images stacked.

I like the look of the shot and the character of the building. It's too bad the modern car is in the foreground and cropping it out might make the image too tight. But nice work!

Thats a pretty cool shot. I like the overall atmosphere it gives, it almost looks like a place in Europe. Maybe it would be a good idea to crop the front car out, but as Peter says it may be a bit tight. Good job!

That car is ruining such a great chance for a photo! But other than removing the car if you ever go back and redo this, I would recommend getting a more straight on perspective on the building, just because I think that would look a lot better. This is very nice though, other than that car that was too pesky to move out of your way.

That's a good idea. fortunately it is only a few blocks from the house! I went with that angle trying to include the side of the building with the places name.

Thanks for the advice

Closer with a wider angle would remove the car problem, though you may need to stand in the road to get the shot. I do this sometimes, but only if my wife is with me to yell when traffic comes! (Please don't stand in the road, get run over and then sue me. )

Or wait until there is no car. I often have to do that. Cars suck.

Yes, I tend to agree with the majority of the members who commented that "the car is ruining the picture."

By taking out the car from the picture, IMO will look nicer. Also it will looks "cleaner".

Cheers.

so after the feed back I took the picture and got rid of the car in the foreground, and cropped it a little. Better?

The second image is very satisfying - I might crop out a bit of the foreground street so that the bar, which looks like my kind of place, is more prominent.

Agreed. Crop a wee on the foreground and the picture is nice to the eyes, IMO.
Since this is a stacked picture (similar to HDR or with bracketing), overall it looks nice, especially the mixture of lights and shadows. Also the colour saturation is just right, IMO.

Cheers.
