Not to be rude Danny, but what happened to this photo. It looks very pixelated as if you cropped it from a full landscape shot. However, I do like the composition and the colors look very nice as well. However, due to whatever problem the shot is also very blurry and difficult to see.

I presume you are trying to get ID of bird, rather than comments on shot.
Maybe a European Starling..?? The reddish legs and the beak are characteristic.

It's not a crow. Crows are bulkier and have dark eyes and bill.

I think it's a boat-tailed grackle, if it doesn't have speckles. If there are speckles, then I think it's a European Starling, as KevinR said.

EDIT: I think I can see speckles on the pic, so I think it's a European Starling.
