Macro Raindrops on an Iris

Just after the rain.

The top half of this photo is so perfect that I was simply amazed when I looked at it. You even have some kind of sunburst in one of the droplets that makes it so much nicer. Then I scrolled down. I'm not sure what's going on with the bottom half of your photo, but it is just taking so much away from the top. The top is just so much better that I would even say just crop it down the middle, but that might look silly. I absolutely love the top of it.

If I recall correctly I had the aperture set at F2.8 so the DOF was shallow, I should have set it to F8.0 or F11 I'd say, I'll know better next time.

Very cool looking shot, the water droplets on the flower really pop out on the top portion of the flower. I also really like the colors as they really make the photo look bright and appealing. Next time I would try and use a larger f stop to increase your DOF and make the whole subject in focus.
