This is a good attempt at taking a picture of this dog. The only problem is that he sort of blends in with the background. Also, to make it more interesting try getting him to run and take a picture of him running or swimming. I have a dog too, but it sleeps all the time and its lazy.

You can almost sense his anticipation for yourself, it's almost palpable. I love the color scheme on this too, your background blends so well with the dog and also helps to show his readiness to attack and investigate. I would recommend that you make this a little bit brighter though. It's a little bit hard to see all of this without squinting your eyes a little bit.

Beautiful pooch! Our beloved shepard recently passed away after 11 years. They are great dogs. So intelligent. I love this picture. You can sense the alertness and anticipation. Good job.

She was a rescue from a local shelter. I got her a few months after my Rott died.

She is very fast! lol
