Although it's not a full shot of the Dove it tends to blend well with it's surroundings. BTW This was taken with the Sigma 105mm Macro lens.

*Struggles to get another post out*

This is very nice, but I think the branches on the left and right act as a lot more of a distraction than a natural frame, but that's just me. Otherwise I think it looks very nice. It's not that often that I see a dove, nice find with this one. Also, I'm not sure if it's the artifacting from the forum, but it looks like you have a lot of JPEG compression artifacts on here or a lot more noise than you should.

IMO, the focus of your camera is more towards the branches rather than the bird. Then the hanging branches on the left and right, IMO, is a bit distracting. (This I have to concur with jct).
For this picture to better, the focus and sharpness should be on the dove.
Anyway, nice find with the dove as it is not everday you will find such a picture.

Wow, very nice shot! The colors are really great and I really like the sharpness on this photo as well. However, I would agree that the branch is a little bit distracting but that is what happens when you are shooting birds.
