Another Greenbottle Blow Fly

This one has the same problems as the ladybugs, I think. There's not enough that's really in focus and not blurred here, and you have way too much noise. If I recall (there's been a lot of posts in post your photos today) you had another fly in here earlier that was a much better photo. I would just keep that one instead of this one honestly.

And although it helps me with the contest by having so many topics to reply to, a lot of forum members get a little bit irritated when people post a ton of threads in the Post Your Photos section of the forum with just one or two photos in them. Can you try putting a few more in each post?

The only reason I put them up separately is because the subjects are so different from each other But I will delete this thread if I can find out how to do so..

No, don't delete any of them! It was just a suggestion for ones that you think might be able to be grouped together. Like your ladybugs and the fly, those ones would go together well. I'm sorry, it was just a suggestion for the future when you're posting photos.

Wow, very nice series of shots! The composition on these looks great and I really like the colors too. My favorite shot is the the first one with those big red eyes, however, I would agree that the focus is a little on the soft side.

All 3 are nice macro pictures, but IMO the saturation level is a wee too much for my liking.

I concur with jct us101's comments that there is nothing much in focus in all the subjects.

Just a tad too saturated, i agree. Something about the pp that makes all the leaves looking plasticky...you know? As if they are these plastic leaves you get from stores. Maybe its the harsh lights...
