Well it is 420 today, so...

This is definitely a very interesting photo, I don't think I've seen this effect before (well at least not while high, I think I saw this while high once, but we won't get into that) but it does look pretty neat, did you use the new painting tool in Adobe Photoshop CS5? I've been really wanting to try that out too.

Well, it is a very interesting photo; however, it is actually a little bright for my taste. If you toned it down just a tad I think that it would look much better. Other then that I really like the effect as it has a very artsy look and I really like that.

It's in the filters of PhotoShop CS4 as fresco, I liked the effect so used it.

Whoa... almost psychedelic looking! Kinda neat although personally I would try to blur the grainy parts of the green background a bit. It is kinda distracting.

Good job though!

It is amazing. Very paint-like like famous the artist, Monet, works.
Now we all know what PP can do.
