A shot I took of my daughter when she got off her bike to look at some flowers.

Hi Borislav - (the newbie with all the nice gear)...

That is a very nice natural pose and shot.

It looks a little bit too pink on the skin tones, and I wondered if you were using a "bright" or "vivid" setting and shooting jpg, or shooting in RAW? The K100D tended to make things too bright, especially pinks, and I changed to "natural" when I was shooting jpgs, then finally went RAW only (where that and other settings have no effect).

This is absolutely adorable! I love the expression on her face when you took the photo, and I think that it's exposed fairly well for the available light that you had there. I think that her face does look a bit odd though, the exposure on it isn't quite right.
