These are two very nice shots! I really like the lighting setup as there are no harsh shadows and the subject looks very sharp as well. The composition is also perfect and her poses look very natural and not strained.

I like the first one more, it's more casual I think and it just has a better facial expression and body demeanor than the second one. I do like the second one too though, but I don't think it's really an exceptional portrait although it's a good one, but the first one really just blows it away in how good it is.
