Went to the drags tonight and took some panning shots. It was my first time trying panning so let me know what you guys think and how I can improve. Thanks!

Those pesky fences at the race tracks are so annoying, aren't they! I think that your photos still turned out very nicely despite them though. The second one is my favorite too because of the visibility of the driver in it, the first one is Ok, but it just doesn't have the same angle and presence of the second one.

Very nice looking photos for a beginner, and I will definitely agree that I hate those stupid fences! I am not sure if you are using a tripod for these shots but I would definitely recommend one if you are not using one. They make panning so much easier!
