few favourites of late
Lens: M85/2 Camera: K10D Photo Location: mostly Covent Garden, London
Posted By: axl, 04-27-2010, 04:19 PM

Here is few shots from my first few days with M85. I'm really liking this lens, but even being "only" f2 I do miss some shots... oh well, I still have quite a bit of catching up to do with my MF skills.
Anyway, here are the shots, enjoy and thanks for looking:

"quick break"

"can you believe?"

"Pimm's stop"

"dance, dance...."

"mysterious girl"

PS: and C&C very welcome

Wonderful shots Peter! They are all great, you're really doing a great job out there on the
streets! But if you would force me to pic a favourite, I think I'd choose the first one, quick break.
I love the people in the background, they just add to the photo. I wanted to ask you if this one
was made at Covent Garden, but seeing the info in the header, I'd bette don't, I guess...

Thanks Rense,
and yes most of my street shots these days are taking directly at or around Covent Garden market. I work 3mins walking away, just around the corner from CG tube station and with the daily influx of tourists there is always some potential material

Excellent work Peter.
First four are all standouts.
Brilliant framing, timing and B&W conversions.
Well done - hard to critique these.
